The artist writes about the work: “This work is a visual allegory of the process of self-development and the realization that one’s own experiences can be used as tools for personal transformation. The artwork depicts an anxious moment in the mind of a young woman. There, in the desert of his mind, he faces all his feelings, negative and positive. He lives a moment of anguish, excitement, love, fear and joy at the same time. At this point, he realizes that each color has its place. Dark colors will always be present in our lives, but it’s up to us to see them in the right perspective and use them as tools to create new paths in our lives. “
So it is a work on self-development and expanding your own spirituality. There is emptiness where there should be a face, because it is for every human being. The surreality of the work helps to understand that what seems abnormal or unnatural may be something that you simply do not know, and it is worth opening up to cognition.
